Refund Policy

RETURNS ---- Our policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible for return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. Certain types of merchandise are not eligible for return. Perishable goods, such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines, cannot be returned. Similarly, we do not accept intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials or substances, or flammable liquids or gases. Other items that are not eligible for return include: * Gift cards * Downloadable software * Certain health and personal care products. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. In some cases, only partial refunds are given: (if applicable) * Books showing obvious signs of use * CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, audio cassettes, or vinyl records that have been opened. * Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. * Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery. Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned item. We will also notify you if your refund is approved or rejected. If approved, then your refund is processed, and your credit card or original method of payment is automatically credited within a few days. Delayed or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted. Next, contact your bank. Posting a refund is often preceded by a processing time. If you have completed all these steps and still haven't received your refund, contact us at contact.mytiboard@gmail.com. Sale or Promotional Items (if applicable) Only regular-priced items are refundable. Unfortunately, sale or promotional items are not. Exchanges (if applicable) We only replace items that were originally defective or damaged. If you need to replace yours with the same item, email us at contact.mytiboard@gmail.com and send your item to: Rue Capitole, Toulouse, Haute-Garonne, 31100, France. Gifts: If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we'll send the refund to them, and they'll be notified that you returned their gift. Shipping: To return your product, you must mail it to the following address: Rue Capitole, Toulouse, Haute-Garonne, 31100, France. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item worth more than €75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or insuring your shipment. We cannot guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
